Q: Can I cancel or amend my order?

A: If you wish to cancel or amend an order we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to accept cancellations or amendments prior to the order being dispatched.

Q: The box I purchased guaranteed an autograph but I didn't receive one. Can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately no. In this case you would need to contact the manufacturer directly who may ask for some further information so we would advise you to keep the box/packs until they respond. Unfortunately there are occasions where the manufacturer fails to include hits as promised, although this is very rare. Every box that we ship to you will be factory sealed and has not been tampered with in any way. 

Q: How long will it take you to ship my order?

A: Our aim is always to ship EVERY order within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on a Monday. Please keep in mind that dispatch may take a little longer during bank holiday periods, however we will always get your package out to you at the earliest opportunity.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Any order over the value of £35 will ship free of charge to UK addresses. Orders below £35 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of £3.50. Please note that breaks do not have a shipping charge and ship to UK addresses for free. International Shipping rates vary depending on buyer location.

Q: I haven't received my order yet, can you help?

A: Delivery can take longer than expected for a variety of reasons. If you have not received your order 7 days after the order was dispatched to you, please get in touch and we will assist. Please keep in mind that deliveries can take longer during Christmas time due to the volume of packages and letters moving around the country.

Q: My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: Please inspect the package for damage and contact us as soon as possible providing images where possible so that we can fully understand the extent of the damage and liaise with the shipping company. Returns or exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Q: I entered a break, where can I watch it?

A: All breaks are streamed live on our Instagram page (@homeplatecardsuk). If you are unable to watch live, the video is saved to our profile to allow you to watch at a time that is convenient for you.

Q: Do you buy baseball cards?

A: Potentially yes. If you are looking to sell your collection, feel free to get in touch via the contact page. Please note that we are more likely to be interested in bulk deals rather than one single card.

Q: How often do you add new singles to your site?

A: As soon as we get stock in hand, we get it loaded to the site asap. There are no set dates or times but we generally are adding new stock to the site on a weekly basis.

Q: Will you stock "Product XYZ" on your website?

A: We are adding new products to the store all the time. If there is something specific you are looking for and we do not stock it, get in touch and we will reply asap.

Q: Where can I find a full checklist for the sealed products that you sell?

Q: Are you environmentally cautious?

A: We understand that the sports cards hobby involves the use of a lot of plastics and cardboard. To reduce the amount of new packaging we purchase, where possible, we will re-use packaging that we have received from suppliers to fulfil your orders. This will include re-using top loaders, bubble wrap, paper and anything else that we believe can be re-used. Any packaging not suitable for re-use will be recycled locally where possible. We will never compromise the safety of your package and will always make sure everything is shipped well protected.
